Powder dying is made for private persons and companies in the frame of job works.

Presentation of technology:

- before sintering, the material is mechanically cleaned by means of sand blasting and grit blasting
- it is degreased and phosphatised in accordance with the use
- products exposed to corrosion are galvanised or hot-dip galvanised
- the product is placed on the dying line, it is grounded, the powder is charged, and the dye evenly adheres to the piece
- after powder dying, the dye is burnt onto the surface at 180 to 200 C degrees in a kiln
- the finished piece is packaged after layer thickness measurement

The powder dye is chosen by our customers on the basis of the RAL colour palette, but we can have special custom colours made. Our stocks contain several hundreds of colour.

Presentation of dyes:

- according to use: external and internal
- according to brightness: bright, silky or dull
- according to surface: plain structure, relief „crocodile”

For flat renovation:

Repainting of fences, gates, door-handles, convector covers, radiators, towel dryers.

For contruction of new flats:

Radiators, towel dryers and covers delivered in their original packaging are painted in the selected colours or colours matching the wall colour.

We indicate the colour code and then repack them into their original packaging before handing over, and fit them into the proper rooms, in harmony with the wall.
